This demanding work is carried out using specially trained pilots and observers using state of the art equipment, safety is always paramount and thorough planning proceeds every flight.

Our in-house overhead line inspection division, Symbion Power has a team of qualified electricity linesmen inspecting thousands of kilometers of overhead power line each year.

Types of overhead line surveys include, basic visual, thermal imaging,
condition assessment, corona discharge and asset management.

Our distinctive burgundy helicopters can be seen on low level power line patrols daily throughout the UK and Ireland.
